As of now, the Jai Mata Di has completed at least 10 multi-structured apartment complexes and 5 real estate ventures like Majestic, China Town, Hallmark, Oscar City and 5th Avenue in different areas of Hyderabad and Vijayawada.
Murali said that the company was now taking up Grandeur venture, on a 200-acre extensive area at Kondannagudem near Kothur-Shadbagar Express Highway road in Hyderabad. "In the project, 400 independent villas will be built on a sprawling 200 acre plot amidst impressive and breathtaking landscape. This sophisticated, serene, recreational and kid-friendly weekend retreat is a perfect blend of contemporary sophistication, best-in-class amenities and natural elegance," the Executive Director said.
"In the Grandeur project, the cost of houses are -267 sq yds - 900 sq ft at Rs 25 lakh, 267 sq yds- 1200 sq ft at Rs. 28.5 lakh, 350 sq yds-1200 sq ft at Rs. 31 lakh and 350 sq yds-1400 sq ft at Rs. 33.5 lakh," Murali revealed.
Construction work on the venture started recently and it would be completed within two years. The project is very close to the Bangalore national highway, six-track express bypass road, Rajiv Gandhi International airport, Shamshabad and 11. 7 km long P V Narasimha Rao express flyover.
"We are aiming to bring the company into top 5, in the country, within the next five years and provide quality construction at low price to customers as per their requirements," Murali added.
