Manufactured goods like access technologies and logistic and aluminum products are flooding the Hyderabad market as the city offers best infrastructure facilities to set up these firms.

One of the leading multi-national companies, Zarges Tubesca Group, a Weilheim-based company, with its long tradition of quality and innovation, set up in 1993 at Stuttgart Europe’s first light alloyprocessing company. Now, the company has expanded its business activities by establishing plants in Germany, Hungary and France. Haberstroh told Deccan Post that the Zarges Tubesca was spread out at least in 60 countries with its products in access technology, logistic and aluminum products. Last year, the company incorporated in Hyderabad as it is fast growing with many international companies setting up their businesses. “We are also planning to start the Zarges Tubesca business in Mumbai and New Delhi soon,” he explained.

Haberstroh said the company produced ladders, mobile platforms, ladder accessories/single parts, industrial equipments, mobile scaffold towers, constriction hoists, lifts and all arrester systems under access technologies. “Huge demand has been continuing for these accessories and it will continue in the future,” he added.

The company also deals with manufactured goods of boxes, trolleys, containers and baskets, Rackmount cases and pallets under logistic products. “We manufacture various styles of containers, boxes and trolleys with international standards as per customer requirements. The quality of our products and services is of the highest calibre. Constant quality checks at all stages in the manufacturing process are undertaken as a matter of course at Zarges,” Haberstroh said.
Replying to a query, Haberstroh said they specialised in mass production of standard products and solutions for clients’ individual problems, principally using light metals. “Our continuous improvement of our products and regular product innovation puts us ahead of the competition,” he said.

The third division of the Zarges Group is the aluminum system, which is divided into three parts. The company manufactures and sells aluminum and steel products, focusing in particular on customised solutions to individual problems for mechanical engineering and metalwork applications. “We are able to offer total solutions to a wide range of problems, right from the beginning to the end (planning, static calculations, projections, implementation and service). Being extremely cost-effective, our prestigious products fulfill the requirements and expectations of our customers,” Haberstroh said.
